    Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
    Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2 PM (IST) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
    Delays: In rare circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order due to high demand or unforeseen issues. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
  2. Shipping Time
    Domestic Shipping:
    We offer standard shipping across India. Once your order is processed, shipping time typically takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
    For remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
    International Shipping:
    Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination country, but international orders generally take 10-15 business days to arrive.
    Please note that customs and import duties may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking your country’s policies before placing an order.
  3. Shipping Costs
    Domestic Shipping (within India):
    Standard shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, the shipping fee will be determined based on the weight of the item and will be reflected at the time of checkout.
    International Shipping:
    Shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. The applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  4. Shipping Carriers
    We partner with reputable shipping carriers like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post for domestic shipping and DHL or FedEx for international orders. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  5. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
    After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery.

    The Green Factory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
    Customs Delays:
    International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures. The Green Factory is not responsible for such delays.
