Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition in which you received it. The product must be in its original packaging, and any seals or labels should remain intact.
  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Non-Refundable Condition: Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-refundable. These include:

  • Perishable Goods: Products like Arjun Bark powder, Jamun seed powder, Tulsi leaf, and Hibiscus tea are considered perishable and cannot be returned once opened.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Any products that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
  • Discounted or Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted rate are non-refundable.
  • Opened Items: Any product that has been opened or partially used.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchange
